This contract ran for eight weeks with a small team devoting just 20 hours weekly to this work. Thus, it was imperative that we developed a robust research plan to uncover interview insights as quickly as possible. We met with 9 adults in the Cincinnati area to learn about their experiences purchasing and using home care products in the Procter & Gamble portfolio. Areas of interest included decision making, reasons for rejection, product usage behaviors, and physical adaptations for different ability levels.
I took the lead on producing video compilations highlighting different modalities of shopping for homecare products, using clips from our recorded interviews that illustrate each participant's experience. These were presented to the executive team, and were instrumental in providing evidence behind our product and packaging concept proposals.
